Eva Longoria goes to the gym four times a week in a bid to maintain her stunning figure.
The Desperate Housewives actress - who was forced to laugh off rumours she was pregnant last year when she put on weight - knows regular exercise is the perfect way to keep off any unwanted pounds.
A source said: "Eva hits the gym four times a week for an hour each time, and it's certainly paying off. She's got a tiny frame and any weight gain shows, but right now she's looking great. She says she feels happier when she's making the effort to keep in shape. She's delighted with her figure."
Eva - who is married to basketball star Tony Parker - is also being careful with what she eats.
The source added to Britain's Closer magazine: "She's existing on a diet of mainly fish, salads and fruit and raw veg, with the odd chocolate chip cookie for a treat. She also drinks water regularly."
