Nick Willis is ready and raring to go for the London 2012 Olympics.
The middle distance runner has put his body through the ringer of late in training and is feeling he could be on the cusp of something great.
“I’ve got no injury concerns; it just feels like it’s the moment for something special to happen.”
“All the hard work is done, now it’s time to hopefully reap the benefits of that hard work,” he says.
After a silver medal in Beijing, the Olympic experience is nothing new to Willis but he says London is a buzz with final preparations.
“The Olympic spirit is fully alive [in London] everyone’s talking about it,” he says.
