Farm vehicle death to be investigated

Government health and safety officials will investigate the death of a woman when a farm vehicle rolled in Waikato.
Shirley Ann Soppet, 64, died when the John Deere all-terrain vehicle she was in rolled over a bank on a farm in Maramarua, shortly before 1pm yesterday.
Mrs Soppet died at the scene, police say.
It's not known how many people were in the vehicle at the time of the crash, but St John ambulance staff are believed to have treated a second person at the scene.
Mrs Soppet's death will be investigated by the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment and has been reported to the coroner.
