Chefs in California are loading their menus with a centuries-old French delicacy before it becomes illegal.
The sale of foie gras will be banned there from next month, and while it puts an end to the force feeding of ducks and geese in the American state, the feeding frenzy is now on for foie gras fanatics instead.
