Feelings divided over Spain bailout possibility

The European Central Bank is due to reveal its latest position on monetary policy.
However, markets are distracted right now by the situation in Spain, where some people think it is just a matter of time before the government asks for a bailout.
CNBC correspondent Julia Chatterley says that feelings are mixed on the streets of Spain.
