The last floods were in 2009, not 2010.

Tony Reid - you did a very comprehensive compassionate story on the flooding in Fiji and getting into the water showed how much you cared. I feel so much for all those who have been flooded. Devastating for them but the Fijian spirit still shines (re the washing on the line!).Thank you for taking us to the real Fiji today. Loved seeing the Sleeping Giant in the background. Made me want to be in Fiji right now! There is something so special about Fiji. When the waters recede the true picture will emerge and we in NZ need to help Fiji at this time.
