I also personally know Tom Picken and I agree completely @Ellis. It was extremely inappropriate to drag him right out of work and interrogate him on the spot. Issues like this need to be sorted out on a personal level, not shoved into the spotlights of the media hounds. I wish Tom the best in working through this.

I think they should have let the two parties discuss this together, instead of giving one side the chance to dress up and present a well thought out complaint, and showing up at the others in the middle of the day to try and make him appear foolish and sinister.
