Football Ferns make history at World Cup

The Football Ferns have followed in the footsteps of their male counterparts the All Whites in making New Zealand football history at the World Cup.
Trailing 2-0 against Mexico, it appeared Rebecca Smith's goal in the 90th minute of their final pool match would be just consolation.
But deep into added time, the Football Ferns produced the goods.
Sub Hannah Wilkinson nailed the 2-2 draw - the Ferns’ first ever point in a senior FIFA tournament.
