Pixar’s latest film, Brave, has just opened in New Zealand cinemas.
The adventure tale of Merida, a Scottish princess who confronts tradition, destiny and the fiercest of beasties, features among the voice actors comedian Billy Connolly.
Connolly voices King Fergus, Merida’s father, alongside other voice actors including Kelly Macdonald, Julie Walters, Emma Thompson, Kevin McKidd, Robbie Coltrane, John Ratzenberger and Craig Ferguson.
Film 3's Kate Rodger spoke to Connolly about Brave and his connection with New Zealand.
