On this note Jeff it was National who shelved upto 4% rise in Kiwisaver and not Labour. Labour had all good intentions for the working masses and National just corrected the injustice done against their big business bretheren.

LOL. Firstly the quotes are taken directly from your post (cut and paste) so i guess you don't even remember what you wrote.
Anyways, The labour govt started a little thing called the super fund to "save for a rainy day" as you put it. National canceled that i believe prefering to force that cost onto our (yours and mine) children so that thier mates can recoup some of the money they lost.
As it happens i work full time as well as look after my children as a solo. Other than working for families i gain nothing from the govt.
The National govt is pushing ahead with its own costly ideology even though we are experiencing lean times. They are buying votes from the maori party with our (yours and mine) money. They are trying to reposition the wealth in this country (what little thier is) into the hands of rich people in the hope that some of this will trickle down to the lower end. History tells us this doesn't work and never has. The rich just stockpile more money.

Labour should not have had to borrow massive amounts of money because they governed through one of the greatest economic booms of our time/NZ - but as you obviously do not understand that when you fund every social freeloading scheme possible and fail to ( I'll put it in a simple way so that you can understand) FAIL TO SAVE FOR A RAINY DAY. Then when the money is not rolling in you still have to pay for all the exessive gov't infrastructure + inflation + interest. What did Labour think - that the global climate was going to continue at the neck breaking/ unsustainable pace we were previously experiencing. My children won't be making clothes like yours but they might employ some of your children as you obviously don't have any idea what NZ does produce and doesn't, if it wasn't for the Chinese booming economy well we would all be hurting for quite some time to come. I'll be staying in NZ for quite some time/ somebody has to work and it sounds like you will be waiting for your hand out - good luck with that - you got a couple more years ahead of ya - should have saved your pennies Kimmie! Nice quotes thou - directly from Hon Bill English himself I believe. You are also a friggen tosspot.
