The court believes some devices are not licensed (Reuters)

Germany has banned imports of Apple iPhones and 3G iPads.

A court there has ruled that some of the technology Apple uses in the devices is being used without a license.

Apple is to appeal against the judgement but it is just one of a series of legal battles over patents that Apple is facing.
