The reality is that these people receive the full brunt of the recession and are struggling to meet day to day expenses.

Its a sad state of affairs that this government promised that "New Zealand will catch up with Australia on pay equity" yet to date our workers have had a pay drop to help their employers while their employers back tracked on a deal with the government to reduce workers hours.

Wage freeze contradicts Nationals idea of tax cuts. On one hand they say tax cuts will stimulate the economy, yet on the other hand they indroduce policies that reduce our salaries.

What we have are policies benefiting the rich. Full stop. Soon New Zealanders have to wake up.
