That is all well and good making grand statements about people not giving leadership. Woe betide anyone who dares to express an opinion and offer leadership in these times of political correctness. Having leaders is one thing but you have to have people who are willing to be led.
Cure our tall poppy syndrome in NZ and maybe you will see some leadership.
