Vaughan would like the rights of criminals and terrorist put above all others - including those killed by such criminal and terrorists.

What you need in any armed forces is for them to follow orders of their government. In NZ we have duely elected government and if we apply blame to anyone, it has to go to those issuing instructions to our military.

Is so many released vids of Vaughan friends doing things like chopping off hostages heads on camera, but he wants those murdering scumbbags rights protected more than the victims of the scumbags?

Tech helps in almost every enviroment for easier use and added efficency. The gov general is in that way no different, and good on him for being so flexible to try using it. Compare this to the Labour/union reaction to any suggestion of change.
