I'm shocked that those who espouse personal responsibility are so willing to claim that their actions have no effect on the climate. While I'm no big fan of John Key's Government or his policies, this one is a no-brainer. The science on global weirdness is in. The risk that our weather is going to go nuts in the mid-term future and our big export earner - agriculture - is going to sufffer, has a very high probability. I applaud Key and Co. for acknowledging that the science points to serious risks going forward. This is a sensible risk management response.

I'd like to know what evidence Key bases his pro AGW views on. Is it NIWA that can't prove why it adjusted the raw temp data (intentionally destroyed it), the IPCC that makes up all sorts of rubbish & considers articles by lobby groups such as WWF & Greenpeace as peer-reviewed science, or the data from the CRU which we all know are nothing short of corrupt? When it's all proved to be a scam (which shouldn't be long now), will Key give us our money back?
