Grace Jones opens Fifa conference
Wed, 01 Jun 2011 10:50p.m.
While Fifa continues to fight internal allegations of corruption it managed to choose a fairly risqué way to open its conference.
Grace Jones was wheeled out and lit up the stage with an energetic performance for the gentlemen of world football.
Not much was left to the imagination either with delegates in the front row being treated to a lap dance.
Not exactly a conservative start for an organisation trying to keep itself out of the headlines.
Fifa is run by president Sepp Blatter who is tonight expected to be reinstalled for another four year term despite calls for the election to be postponed.
