This afternoon, 30 young men learned they will pull on that black jersey to try and win the Rugby World Cup for New Zealand, for the first time in 24 years.

Coach Graham Henry, with dreams of his own, announced that squad only after the heartbreaking process of leaving some players out.

Graham Henry talks to Campbell Live about the selection process and his RWC dreams.
