Controversial league player Greg Bird has signed a one year deal with the Gold Coast Titans.
Bird will start playing for the club in next year’s NRL after have his convictions for glassing his girlfriend in the face thrown out on appeal in November.
The 25-year-old played for the French club Catalan Dragons last season after being let go by the Cronulla Sharks at the time of the glassing incident.
