Guns N' Roses plan Las Vegas residency
Tue, 14 Aug 2012 2:25p.m.
Guns N' Roses are set for a rocking Halloween - the group will kick-off its first-ever residency in Las Vegas on 31 October.
Axl Rose and his bandmates will perform 12 concerts at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino's The Joint in a month, wrapping up the run on 24 November.
The Appetite for Democracy shows cap off an exciting year for the band - Guns N' Roses were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in April, even though Rose refused to take the stage at the shrine with his former bandmates.
The ‘Live and Let Die’ hitmakers aren't the only ones setting up home in Sin City in the coming months - Cee Lo Green and Faith Hill and her husband Tim McGraw have also announced residencies, while Shania Twain will begin her comeback with a string of shows at Caesars Palace in December.
