Gwen Stefani has revealed the braces she wore on her teeth at the end of the 1990s were a fashion statement - she didn't need them to fix her teeth.
The ‘No Doubt’ singer admits she had always wanted to wear braces and when she started getting rich she decided to wear them to complement her colourful style.
She tells Access Hollywood, "I could afford them at that point and that's when I went and got them."
