Gwyneth Paltrow is hoping to combine her love of food and acting in a new movie based on the memoir of top New York chef Gabrielle Hamilton.
The actress is in talks to portray Hamilton in Blood, Bones & Butter - and she could be the perfect star for the role.
Paltrow regularly offers up cooking tips on her weekly Goop.com blog and recently took cooking lessons with seafood chef Keith Rhodes at his Catch restaurant in North Carolina.
She also impressed with her 2011 cookbook My Father's Daughter: Delicious, Easy Recipes Celebrating Family & Togetherness, and she teamed up with her pal, world-renowned kitchen maestro Mario Batali, for Spanish food and travel show Spain: On the Road Again in 2008.
