Hi Helena sounds like you have had a tough time. Stay strong, my wife has had a similar journey. If you would like to help others having chemo to save their hair take a look at www.penguincoldcaps.co.nz and get back to me. My wife used them and now others can as well. Keep Smiling Todd Yelavich
Helena, you are am amazing woman. I caught the end of your segment on Campbell Live last night and it made me cry. I was diagnosed with bilateral breast cancer, two different types, 7 years ago. My son was 9 years old and telling him that I might die was the hardest thing I have done. But what a ride the past 7 years have been!! I want to say well done!! Give you a big hug and wish you and your daughter all the best for the future. Cancer has a way of centering your life and changing the way you look at things. Live in the moment and make is so beautiful that it will be worth remembering! Kind Regards T
Helena, you are amazing in so many ways. My husband has been through chemo and radiation and as a family we know how life can be. Like you we made a choice and that was to get on with our lives. 15 years later we have a great life together enjoying each other, our family and grandchildren. Each day is a blessing and nothing is ever taken for granted. Well done and the very best of luck for a wonderful future !!
