Former Happy Days star Henry Winkler is returning to Broadway for the first time in 12 years - as a porn star.
The veteran actor has signed on to portray an ageing adult star opposite Cheyenne Jackson in David West Read comedy The Performers.
Evan Cabnet will direct the show, about life in the porn industry, which will open on 14 November at the Longacre Theater in New York.
It will be 66-year-old Winkler's first appearance on Broadway since starring in Neil Simon's The Dinner Party in 2000.
