It’s been a golden day at the London 2012 Olympics and there's been a flash of silver too.
Kiwi Sailors Jo Aleh and Olivia Powrie powered to a win the women’s 470 class at the London 2012 Olympics.
And to cap things off, BMX rider Sarah Walker flew round the course for silver.
