Actress Hilary Swank has broken up with her boyfriend of five years John Campisi.
The Academy Award-winning star and John began dating in 2007 following her split from ex-husband actor Chad Lowe.
A source confirmed to People magazine that the pair decided to call their relationship quits earlier this summer.
Hilary was married to Chad for a decade before they parted ways.
Three years after her split from Chad, Hilary spoke out about her thoughts on possibly marrying again in the future.
“Friends of mine and I talk about this. Does someone come into your life for a certain time, and then you are supposed to go your separate ways?” she told InStyle magazine. “There's a part of me that thinks that's true.”
Hilary has been spending most of her summer on the set of made-for-TV movie Mary & Martha. She is shooting the feature in South Africa and North Carolina.
