A 47-year-old man charged with careless driving causing death over a hit-and-run in Waikato will appear in court today.
William Hoskings was found with serious injuries in Matangi in the early hours of Sunday morning, and died a short time later.
The 26-year-old from Hastings had been a guest at a wedding earlier that night.
