With the Rugby World Cup less than two years away the tourism industry is keen to ensure our level of service is up to scratch for those coming for the big event.
As part of that preparation the industry is tomorrow launching a programme called “Kiaoramai Essential Service Skills”.
CEO of the Tourism Industry Association Tim Cossar joined ASB Business to discuss.
