Nightline's Ali Ikram continues his look at the golden moments of 2009 tonight with the now infamous John Boscawen lamington incident.
It greatly enlivened the Mt Albert by-election, which was won in a boring old landslide for Labour's David Shearer.
It smelt like a publicity stunt, but tasted like chocolate.
