China protest - did Russel Norman go too far?

Pro-Tibetan protester and Green Party co-leader Russel Norman physically clashed with a Chinese delegation as they entered Parliament shortly after midday today. Dr Norman says Chinese security attacked him with an umbrella, and snatched his flag. Did Dr Norman overstep the mark with his protest? Or were the Chinese right to silence him?

P90X Extreme Home Fitness Workout Program
This product is what I expected from the infomercial - the infomercial is a good representation of what you'll get. The DVDs are good, come in a small case (no excess packaging to exaggerate or compensate for lack of real product). The accompanying written materials are good too.
However, I found that I wasn't quite in shape enough when p90x arrived to use it well. I went back and bought Tony Horton's "Power Half Hour" and used that for a few weeks first - had to wake up some muscles I've let go dormant. I've been in good shape most of my life, but kind of got lazy lately - I needed to get a basic foundation before I could jump into the incredible workouts he provides.

http://www.p90xbuyonline.com/13dvd-fitness-guide-nutrition-plan-p-63.html

May be Norman should notice the Chinese that he's the co-leader of Green before he waved that flag. Luck Norman, he was protesting to the Chinese. If he protested to the American Vice-President in this way, he could be gunned down by the U.S Secret Service.

Mr norman as the co-leader of green party and elected member of Parliament. He is really represent the country of NZ or at least the Green party when stand out and speak in a public palce. His priority is to assist the governer party to look after the interest of NZ people. he may have some disagree with John's policy but it should be discussed internaly. As dealing with foreign affairs all party should have a united front called New Zealand.

By NZ sovereignty?

Did Russel Norman go too far??? Tibetans suffer under alien Chinese colonization and genocide since 1950 and the media asks whether their MP protesting against Tibetan Holocaust went too far by getting manhandled by the Chinese dictatorship's internal security forces at the steps of the NZ parliament?? Seems like the Chinese Communist Party's "morality" has won already. Meanwhile overseas-based Chinese ultranationalists are having a busy field day claiming that Tibet's territory, natural resources and of course the Tibetan people who have nothing in common with the Chinese are theirs to exploit for fun and profit! Welcome to the century of Chinese imperial dictatorship, now also in NZ...

This has nothing to do with Tibet issue. Russel Norman certainly has his right to exercise his freedom of speech. But as a politician, if he has put New Zealand's primary interest as first, then he should have managed this better. Let just simple and common sense, that anybody would considered be mean if they call others fat. Same situation here. There are certain boundaries between rudeness and exercise his freedom.

By China deserve respect

To Dan,

Seeing your recent comment, I feel very uncomfortable. As to me, what I have commented has nothing to do with Chinese government and Chinese Embassy. I have no conflict of interests. They do not pay for my comments. I am exercising my freedom of speech. I just present more balanced views.

Reading your comments, I feel that you are so suspicious, arrogant, ignorant and immature. You are suppressing my right of free speech.

Just reply to Rimu:
This is not limit democracy, but the guard protected their vice-president.what if the guard did not do anything ?will Mr Norman argue face-to-face with president?is this the way how NZ people meet foreign visitor ?
I feel shame of what Mr norman did.
Can we look this protest just as a politician's trick,in purpose to drow public attention ?

It appears to me that the Communist Chinese Government and the Republic of China embassy have employed a lot of their robots to fill in the number of contributors to this board. They are clueless as to what they are saying, and a lot of the submissions make no sense. The issue is simple. The Chinese security's business is to protect their leader, not to prevent our MP and my MP from raising any flag in protest. Chinese security have no right to throttle shouting, or voice of dissent. That is a part of our democracy culture. The Chinese culture may be different; that is why hundreds were shot outside Tiannen Mien Square. The Chinese Government should apologize for the killings of their own people instead of my business on my NZ soil. To those who cannot understand this minimum, they are welcome to leave this democratic country.

China is not God but as we know they dont believe in God. They dont believe in freedom of speech only they you become a pest of you open your mouth.
Everyone should follow the state rule and because they have money that we new zealanders have to praise them. China govern their people as they see fit which is their democroacy that is their rule. We the little people of New Zealand should follow suit. I dont agree how China runs their country nor they do about ours. Yes everybody deserves respect if we were all the same what a shamble life woould be.
