Its a miracle this clown actually gets media time. Still, when he comes up with headline grabbing sound bites like this, you certainly cant blame the media for trotting him out for more tirades and racial abuse. I wonder what this laughing stock of NZ politics will come up with next?

With all this disarray and turmoil Hone Key has caused, dont you think that its beyond coincidence that suddenly treaty claims are being settled in the Turia and Sharples back yards, Whanganui iwi waited for 139 years for resolution to their claim and whammo, as soon as Hone Key is stuck in the mud of his making, the settlement is announced and Turia holds her paw up in agreement, today, Saturday the 8th of Sept 2012, Pita Sharples band of lap pups get their settlement request finalised and he too holds his little brown paw up in agreeance to Hone Keys ridiculous ideas, they have achieved something for their own benefit but at the huge expense of all Maori and New Zealanders at large, not a good image to project, not a good confidence builder in being able to trust them ever again, not what the constituents wanted them to do when they consider the trade off thats made to achieve their desires, the Maori party has roled over to Keys fanciful whim, by doing that they have lost all Mana and respect from Maori and pakeha, attending the hui wont get your credibility back Pita. Shame on you.

The Hui and the Maori MP are in a different category or are not the same thing that Turia and Pita Sharple should attend the Hui..
John Key should explained in details what he meant or apologised for his wrong moves..

@GH. I see a picture of racism in NZ. Take a look at a picture of J Key and you will see a clear definition of racism

Hone has certainly earned his reputation as a straight shooter but, unfortunately he does it with his brain disconnected.
His appeal is to a few people with chips on their shoulders almost as big as Hone's. Also missing is honesty which is a characteristic that he does share with many politicians. His hatred for John Key probably comes from jealousy over Key's power in politics. Hone has nearly no power base, only the adoration of the media and a very loud mouth. Our political system doesn't need him and he wouldn't be there without the media's interest in controversy.

J.Keys ongoing refusal to deal with Maori, his blatant disregard and criticism for Maori is and will be never ending. Hone Harawira comments of J.Key were appropriate. J.Key has no professeional respect for Maori politcal counterparts. Forbidding Maori reps to attend a hui is breaching their civil rights, not to mention treating them as if they are house n*****s, to jump when J.Key snaps that whip. This is one more step to creating a divisive wedge between Maori.
