I go night diving most of the time and have never had any issues with sharks. I have however felt that odd chilling feeling like I am being watched but, I am in their environment and if anything happens, it happens. Dont kill a shark for what its natural instinct tells it to do. What would we do if we're in a car traveling 100k p/hr and have a head on accident? Kill the guy responsibly?

Used to fly over Maraetai, port Waikato and further down country with airports/airstrips landing over coastal areas. Many schools of sharks were regularly sighted. Luckily feeding on humans are rare (Not an attack just a wonderful ocean creature hungry) but we play in their domain so some risk is inevitable.

Yeah they are but what of it, it's not a suprise. Um, it IS the ocean. A shark attack is very UNCOMMON. Check the news each day, people are people's worst enemy. Peh
