Used to fly over Maraetai, port Waikato and further down country with airports/airstrips landing over coastal areas. Many schools of sharks were regularly sighted. Luckily feeding on humans are rare (Not an attack just a wonderful ocean creature hungry) but we play in their domain so some risk is inevitable.

Yeah they are but what of it, it's not a suprise. Um, it IS the ocean. A shark attack is very UNCOMMON. Check the news each day, people are people's worst enemy. Peh
