How do you keep kids on a flight quiet?

I recently moved to Brisbane with my my 4 children 13,10,6,5 on a domestic flight my children got a pencil and a activitiy paper but none from Auck to Brisbane I got commented on how well behaved my children are. I believe it is the way you teach your children to behave which gives you the results.

As long as they're not the ones at the control panel, it's perfectly fine to fly with kids. When I was a that young the plane usually had activity packs for the kiddies, I don't think they do that nowadays. Might be something to look into bringing back.
