Today Americans, and many others around the world, are remembering September 11, 2001, and a terrorist attack that changed the world.

But 10 years on, as Americans struggle with two long-running wars and a failing economy, attitudes to terrorism have shifted.

The views of New Yorkers have been at the forefront of the media coverage but Channel Four's Matt Frei has travelled to another Manhattan, this one in Kansas, to find out how Middle America now views that fateful day.
