How to get your baby to sleep

For most new parents, dealing with lack of sleep is the biggest challenge they face.

Getting only a couple of hours sleep at a time, night after night, is a mental and physical challenge.

Some experts have pushed the "toughlove" method - leaving the child to cry so they learn to sleep for longer periods, but that's not the only way to deal with it.

Tracie Martin and Megan Campbell explain why to Sunrise.
