I am really sicken to my bones to see the "principles of natural justice" being violated by the Govt on the Hubbards case while proven yes proven PONZIs are still living it up and none yes none put statutory management!!! Such inconsistency tantamounts to CORRUPTION !!! Shame on the Minister of Securities who should be immediately be put under statutory management or at least psychiatric observation !!!

I read today's news about the SFO still looking for evidence of serious fraud on the part of the Hubbards. Then SFO (Serious Fraud Office) should be renamed LFF (Looking For Fraud) then they can go around putting companies and individuals into statutory management looking for their fraudulent practices !!! May I suggest they start off with the MPs and Local Councillors hehe

My suspicions of a conspiracy is confirmed as I read today's Dominion Post (ie 8 July) about the close business ties between Simon Botherway and his bankrupt brother. If the authorities dont see the CONFLICT OF INTEREST, then it's called CORRUPTION !!!. All the more so, because this dubious character, Simon, initiated the whole plot against Alan Hubbard. This despicable act if goes unpunished, leaves the whole financial under threat and reveals a "buddy system" designed to protect the corrupt seeking to destroy others at their whims and fancies !!! A dangerous financial society now !!!

Any investment has risks. If I invest in my friend's business and it goes bust and my friend is in destitute and not living in a flash apartment with a flash car, I can handle it. That's precisely how I would feel about Alan Hubbard and not that Blue Chip Swindler and a host of other unsrupulous Swindlers leaving their investors high and dry!!!

We are saying Hubbard has been unfairly singled out by this selective statutory management whereas other crooks got away !!!

How? How does A Quirk get elevated to a being a "comentator"? What malice did S Botherway utilise to get one back at SCF?
