Hugh Grant was offered the chance to replace Charlie Sheen on US sitcom Two & A Half Men, according to a surprising new report.
Deadline.com broke the news that the Brit has been in negotiations with the TV bosses who fired Sheen in March following an ongoing dispute.
Grant has yet to confirm the reports, which also suggest talks between him and the producers have broken down.
A source tells People.com, "The show was in talks with Hugh Grant to become the new lead. And wouldn't it be brilliant if it were so?"
