School holidays are bearing down on parents everywhere, and distraction is near at hand.
Ice Age: Continental Drift is the 4th in this popular franchise and its weakest link so far.
Young fans will still welcome back their favourite prehistoric friends, and might find a few new ones, but this ice age isn’t nearly as engaging and our kids deserve a little better.
Still, the 3D will add to the experience for the wee ones, and might at least be a chance for a wee snooze in the dark for mum and dad.
