Three time Winter Olympics gold medallist and current Canadian ice hockey player Cherie Piper is in New Zealand helping coach Kiwi kids in the art of inline hockey.

With gold medals and world titles under her belt the 30-year-old is certainly the right person to be learning from.

So we decided to send our youngest sports tonight reporter along for a lesson in the rink.
