He was wounded four times shooting photos in Vietnam

Tim Page is an iconic photographer of the Vietnam War, working for well known agencies like Time Life and The Associated Press.

He was wounded four times shooting photos in Vietnam, once pronounced dead on arrival after being hit in the head by a piece of shrapnel.

Since then he's been the subject of documentaries and even films.

Incredable indavidual Tim Page , Iv been all over Vietnam , Wonderfull suvivor place of all the war and Strife to be what it is today , Iv met some of the Old War Journilists from the what we as Amerikans calld the other side , There side was much the same Fighting what they knew little about politicaly . It was a Sad time in History and the Photographs and documents saved and desplayd in books and on the walls of museums from Saigon (HoChiMen City ) and Hanoi tell of a time lost in its own time and never forgotten , There is no Wall in Vietnam to mourn there lost sons and daughters . Only the land still scared and Grown to be a wonderfull People and Land , Tim Page told a good story and I congratulate his ideas of war is not a Good thing Ever ..Sadly still continueing in wherever people strugle for there idealism and relegion and way of life ever changing ..Would love one day to meet Tim Page , But he is far to removed from us that witnesd some of his Photos and are now trying to forget the bad days and see the happyer faces left behind and the beautifull lands that survive ...tim Page I Thank Youre thaughts and books and writings , Long Live and enjoy the days left to all of us ....Frank Blackstone retired @ Bishop , Ca .......oiut
