Shakespeare has been reinvented more times than Madonna - from the te reo Merchant of Venice to Baz Luhrman's ultra-hip movie version of Romeo and Juliet, starring Leonardo di Caprio.
And sometimes it is those liberating the playwright's work from ivory tower academics that are responsible for keeping it alive - like rapper Kinglsey 'Akala' Daley.
