John Campbell interviews Robyn Malcolm and Kirk Torrance, stars of the hit show Outrageous Fortune.

Malcolm takes the mickey out of Kirk Torrance's attempt to grow a mo, something he has since shaved off.

"Bring back the mo," she said. "I thought it got you a wonderful amount of authority."

The couple joked about their on-screen chemistry.

"It's just good acting," said Malcolm.

"Yeah, on my part," said Torrance.

But Malcolm was not to be deterred.

"I slapped you the other day didn't I?" said Malcolm. "Then I tweaked your nipple, that got you going didn't it."

Awesome show, even more awesome actors! was more than a show it was a way of life. This is really the only programme on t.v that I watch ritualistically. Just love it, can't imagine life with out it. I imagine t.v nz will start replaying all the old episodes, I have almost every season on dvd :=) So my children when they are older can watch too !! The best seasons were at 9.30 I imagine this was cos it could be more raunchy. If I had one wish it would be that Shortland Street would end and that Outrageous fortune could carry on, I think that the show could go down so many more avenues- story lines wise. Outrageous is bigger, better and more kiwiana than Shorty. Shorty is outdated and really just boring.

* And to James Griffin- thank you for sharing your wonderful writing and vision with us, you have done an awesome job! You should be proud!
