Rapper Jay-Z has signed on to produce a new basketball video game.
The superstar and co-owner of the Brooklyn Nets basketball team will show off his love for the sport by helping entertainment bosses create NBA 2K13, which is set to hit US shelves on 2 October.
The news perhaps explains the title of the product's special-edition package, NBA 2K13 Dynasty Edition, which may be a nod to the ‘Empire State of Mind’ hitmaker's 2000 studio album The Dynasty: Roc La Familia.
