British rocker Johnny Marr has reunited his former band The Healers for two gigs next month following his departure from The Cribs.
The former The Smiths guitarist has confirmed reports the band he formed with former Kula Shaker star Alonza Bevan, drummer Zak Starkey and guitarist Lee Spencer 11 years ago will rock again.
The group will play two concerts in Manchester, England on October 4 and 6, according to a message on Marr's website.
Since leaving The Smiths in 1987, the guitarist has played for Electronic, The The and Modest Mouse.
