Childrens lawyers are a joke. I got my child(9yrs)all the Family Court brochures on what to expect and a dvd. She was to be asked her feelings on the lifting of a protection order from her father that she doesn't know. THe lawyer JP arrived at my home and was rude and obnoxious. She took my daughter for a walk, took cellphone calls and no notes. She briefly covered the Protection Order issue and launched into my child meeting her father. My child was very upset about this and on arriving back asked was that my lawyer or my fathers. We complained immediately to the court, my child said she would never speak to her again and hasn't because she lied in her report and 9 months later the court has ignored my child, JP is still being paid, for what I don't know as she has not had the ability to discuss her concerns with a lawyer. She asked to see the judge and he refused her. Now the Judge has said he will lift the order and he's expecting JP to tell her why it's a good idea.
These people have no regard for the feelings of the child that they purport to have the best interests of at heart.
The judge was sarcastic and abusive and now if I want the court transcript or Judges notes to prove it, I have to give HIM a reason. Yep this is Justice.

I don't have many lawyers, but my own law people where I achieved and maintained most of my learning and knowledge from..
It would be a very dissapointed error if our country lawyers and judges were or are the master piece number one target in terrorisim..
Our country is in a big mess, what is Mr. Key is going to do about the safety and health of our people and our country..
The people of the country needs some explanations and answer from our Priminster to why all these crimes seemed to be an on-going thing without solving the problem..

Judge Boshier should have a good look at the process within the family court and the lawyers who are at the coal face of it. Lawyers rape families of everything they own which is hardly anything anyway then represent them in bankruptcy proceedings. They drag out proceedings for their own money purposes and rip our legal aid system off. They allow clients to "hop" between lawyers to delay proceedings. They lie to Judges because after all a Judge can only act on what lawyers say. Children's lawyers are a joke - they do not genuinely care about the children. They continually subject children to abuse through the family court, they have the power to stop CYFS from carrying out investigations of child abuse and they file false reports to the court to deceive the judges into thinking their services are required for years and years. Three months maximum for all cases to be done and dusted so people can get on with their lives rather than relive the abuse they have left. Judge Boshier would find real value in setting up a focus group consisting of real people that have survived proceedings or still going through proceedings. I know of one case where it took a woman three years to get a protection order through the family court. I was told by lawyers that family court wont help or make people responsible for their bad and abusive behaviour so if lawyers believe that what hope is their for families.
