Australian Prime Minister Julia Gillard has touched down in Queenstown this afternoon after a flight across the Tasman on one of her Air Force planes .
Ms Gillard is in New Zealand for annual talks with Prime Minister John Key.
The duo will have dinner tonight before a discussion about trans-Tasman issues tomorrow.
Mr Key will take his Australian counterpart on a tour of New Zealand's adventure capital, including a stop at Arrowtown’s war memorial.
