Will be exactly like America. Those that use knives will switch to screw drivers as weapon of choice.

Damn nanny state dictating to us what we can and can't do again. I've always carried a pocketknife with me since I was a schoolboy. I've never felt like stabbing anyone with it. Mostly I use it to scrape my pipe bowl before I refill it. Am I going to have to grow a long thumbnail to do that now?

I don't see how this will do anything other than just get more everyday people in trouble, while the people who are out there carrying knives, looking for fights and regularly breaking the law will just carry on as usual. If they're not worried now about breaking the law, removing the clause where someone could be allowed to carry a knife if they have a good reason isn't going to change anything.
