Paul Joseph Dally snatched Karla, 13, as she cycled home from a dairy in the Hutt Valley suburb of Taita on May 26, 1989.

Her body - naked, bound, and gagged - was found that July beside the Pencarrow coast road.
 
She had a massive fracture to the back of her head and extensive bruising to her neck, throat, and vagina.
 
Police believe she had been tortured for at least 22 hours.

Time for Karla's father to come clean & apologise for the terrible things he has been doing to young teenage girls, Karla would have hated him for what he has done, it's no better than what happened to his daughter, even worse these young damages girls have to live with it!
