Kelly Rowland is inspired to stay in shape by other women.

The Baby By Me singer says seeing skimpily dressed ladies on the beach gives her the motivation needed to maintain her figure.

She said: "When I look outside there are these little shirts and shorts on these women around Miami Beach. It's extremely fly and it makes me want to put my little shorts on!"

However, the 28-year-old admits she's not quite at her fighting weight because she has been enjoying too much junk food.

She said: "I can't put my little top on just yet because I'm trying to get me a six pack. I'm gonna go run around today I think, but when I get lazy, I lazy bum hard! Cookies, ice cream, burgers and all!"

Kelly also revealed she is enjoying every part of her life at the moment, which makes it easier to look and feel good.

She said: "I'm just in a great space right now - it's the new record.

When you're going into something new you're always excited, especially with the amazing talent I'm working with. God has surrounded me with the most positive people, I couldn't ask for more."
