Keys knows poverty????? my left testicle he does.

His mum spent some time (and the amount hasnt been defined, could have been a week-3 months) on a widows benefit.

Not to mention that his mother knew the benefit system long before the 20 percent cut in income brought about by Jenny Shipley and her National government that beneficiaries had to deal with in the 90's.

Of course New Zealand can afford to raise minimum wage, its arses in business that are arguing that it cant be raised.

Put it this way, if business gets a tax cut as the rumours say they will then minimum wage should go up again.. business will be no worse off and it will be easily affordable.

To say its not affordable just shows you left school at what? 12? 13? cant do basic math?

If you think I am smoking something, its probably the brain damage you suffer from speaking.
