Key will be ready for this with the warning he got from TV3 and his mate Ashcroft has already rung TV3 and told them it had nothing to do with donations. This looks more like a set up on Clarke as she will be the one that bites.

So the guy who offered $200k for the return of the stolen medals holds John Key in high enough regard to visit him personally at his house? Good for you John Key!
Oh wait, am I meant to get the impression that there's something underhanded going on? I understand Lord Ashcroft isn't allowed to donate any substantial sum because he's considered an overseas entity, unlike Owen Glen who can donate heaps because he's (pro-Labour) an expat - who crafted that legislation? And where's your impartiality TV3?
